She also has handled general business and employment disputes and anti-competitive practices litigation. O’Neill returns to McDonough, where she was an associate from 1999 – 2000, after six years with Sacramento’s Salem & Green. She also was previously affiliated with San Francisco-based Allswang, Smith & Walsh. O’Neill also taught courses on legal process and pre-trial litigation at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. She received her J.D. from University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law (1993) and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Gonzaga University (1988).
