Errecart to the business services practice and Blake V. Robinson to the construction practice. “We welcome Jamie and Blake to our team. Errecart represents corporations, individuals and public entities in complex civil litigation, including a range of commercial and business disputes. Previously, she was affiliated with Sacramento area law firms, such as Carlton, DiSante & Freudenberger; Hansen, Culhane, Kohls, Jones & Sommer; and Porter Scott, where she gained experience in business, professional malpractice and employment litigation in both trial and appellate courts. Errecart received her J.D., with distinction, from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law (2001) and her B.S. in human development from University of California, Davis (1998). Focused on construction-related litigation, Robinson comes to McDonough from Bullivant, Houser, Bailey PC in Portland, Ore., where he practiced commercial litigation and personal injury defense. He also has clerked for the Oregon Dept. of Justice, Appellate Division. Robinson received his J.D., cum laude, from Willamette University College of Law (2005), where he served as a teaching assistant and was associate editor of the Willamette Law Review. He obtained a B.A., cum laude, in English and a B.S., cum laude, in philosophy, politics and economics from Eastern Oregon University (2002).
