Joining the firm are: Tameson L. McLean (health care), and Brian M. Taylor (litigation). About the AttorneysMcLean's practice includes health care operational, regulatory and litigation matters. Her background includes a judicial clerkship in the California Court of Appeals, Third Appellate District; a law clerkship in the Office of the Attorney General, Bureau of Medical Fraud and Elder Abuse; and work in the credit and collections department at Oracle Corporation. McLean earned her J.D., with distinction, from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific (2002) and her B.S. in applied behavioral sciences from University of California, Davis (1996), where she was a four-time NCAA All American in the triple jump. Taylor's practice includes counseling public and private clients and providing a full range of litigation services in all aspects of construction law. He brings to McDonough experience in civil and construction litigation, insurance defense and product liability. Taylor was previously a law clerk at the Office of the Attorney General. Concentrating in advocacy, he earned his J.D., with distinction, from the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific where he was named to the Dean's Honors Roll (2001). Taylor earned his B.A. in English from Brigham Young University (1998). |
