Associate CompensationEntry-Level Base Salary (effective January 1, 2008):$100,000* *Level 1 associates joining the firm in the fall are considered for advancement to the next salary level in six months (the following April). Minimum Annual Billable Hour Requirement:1,750 Associate Compensation ProgramThe associate compensation program is an integral part of a comprehensive associate development plan that provides a clear communication to associates of what is expected of them. McDonough expects all associates to record a minimum of 1,750 chargeable hours per year and devote an additional 150 hours per year to firm investment activities which include: Practice Group Participation; Education/Training/Development; Business Development/Marketing; and Pro Bono Activities. Full time associates at Level 2 and above may earn a Productivity Bonus and a Profitability Bonus. All associates are eligible to receive a subjective bonus for extraordinary contributions. |
