Professional Experience

Ann practices in McDonough Holland & Allen’s litigation section where her practice is limited to appeals, motions and research. She divides her time among work for the firm, writing legal treatises, involvement in The Anthony M. Kennedy Inn of Court and serving on several nonprofit boards and the Land Trust Accreditation Commission.

She joined the firm in 1986 after serving as partner in two other firms and law clerk for Chief United States District Judge Thomas J. MacBride, Eastern District of California from 1977-1980.
