Seth Merewitz | Shareholder Professional ExperienceSeth practices in the firm’s Public Law practice group where he provides advisory and transactional services to land owner groups, public agencies and private entities. He joined the firm in 1997. With a focus on residential master-planned communities, land use, infrastructure financing, affordable housing, and general municipal law, Seth represents applicants on entitlement and permit processing matters for residential, commercial, industrial, and in-fill projects, Seth also serves as city attorney for the City of Marysville and as special counsel to redevelopment agencies across Northern and Southern California. His prior experience includes serving as an appointed Planning Commissioner for Yolo County, CA from 1996-1998, and working as a research assistant to Professor Alan Brownstein of the UC Davis School of Law.
