Professional Experience

Kelley Lincoln joined McDonough Holland & Allen’s Real Estate Practice Group in 2007. Kelley’s practice emphasizes real estate litigation on behalf of individuals, private businesses and public agencies, with a focus on title and escrow disputes. Previously with a local Sacramento boutique firm, Kelley’s background encompasses commercial and residential real estate transactions and litigation. She brings federal and state trial experience, often serving as lead counsel, in Sacramento, San Joaquin, Los Angeles and San Diego County Courts. During law school, Kelley interned with the California State Assembly – first for Bob Hertzberg in his Capitol office, and then for Darrell Steinberg in his district office.
