Professional Experience

Dave practices in the firm’s Real Estate practice group, where his emphasis includes entity formation for public and private investors, including partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations; real estate and corporate asset-based financings, purchase and sale of businesses and real estate; and leasing. Dave is the lead attorney for the firm in its representation of the California Public Employees’ Retirement System (“CalPERS”) as real estate contract counsel.
